Shona Armstrong initially specialized in land use, environmental, and real estate law at Washburn, Briscoe, & McCarthy and later at Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco. For five years, she also worked as a staff attorney at the Ninth Circuit. She has helped to guide companies like Recurrent Energy through land use permitting processes, has set up numerous business and non-profit organizations, has negotiated large and small real estate contracts, and has negotiated disputes between and within organizations.
Shona lives in Oakland with her husband, Zac Unger, and their three children. She loves to run, backpack, dance, and make intermittent stabs at learning to play guitar.
