Shelley Anderson

When Shelley Anderson and Tyler Huffman, co-founders of Cage and Aquarium, fell in love and tied the knot, combining their professional specialties into one became the next natural step in their lives together. With her deep-rooted love for photography, Shelley began photographing weddings in 2004. As a lifelong musician of many instruments, Tyler expanded his appreciation of music and became a deejay in 2007. As the two grew in their separate fields, it all suddenly made sense to fuse them together. The couple combined their creative forces to create a top event company. Since photographing more than 300 weddings–and attending her own–Shelley still absolutely loves the wedding day and everything that comes with it. She enjoys meeting couples during the planning process because there are so many fun things about to happen in their lives. The wedding is one of the most significant of these occasions, and feels honored to be asked to photograph this special moment.
